About the role:

If you're a Senior Technician, or Foreman ready to take the next step and bring your leadership to a new team – we want to hear from you!

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this leadership role is vital to the day-to-day performance, quality control, and ongoing development of our technical team across both Ford and Nissan brands.

• Providing support to the Workshop Controller
• Maintaining an even flow of work
• Monitor the quality of all work performed in the workshop
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
• Maintain quality control across all vehicle repairs and services
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members

About you:

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks. If you would like to develop apprentices and other technicians as well as your own career, this is the role for you!

You will ideally possess:

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman and/ or Senior Technician
• Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
