Service Advisor

We are seeking multiple professional and customer-focused Service Advisors to be part of our brand new Clarkson Kia dealership as we prepare to open our doors. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dealership from day one and play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the ground up.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department. 

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focused, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate work requirements
• Liaise with technicians and provide regular progress updates
• Maintain consistent and professional communication throughout the visit
• Answering customer enquiries bookings and service enquiries
• Up-selling additional service work
• Ensuring all customer requirements are met
• Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• Experience within a Service Advisor role is preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to multitask and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and professionalism
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Full Australian working rights
