Sales Manager

Clarkson Kia is opening a brand new and exciting dealership and is seeking an experienced motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operation from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in launching a new location, building a high-performing team, and shaping the sales culture from day one.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding vehicle buying experience at our new state of the art dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• A strong work ethic to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team daily to achieve performance targets
• Monitor performance and implement strategies to drive results
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing performance support
• Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with standards
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and delivery
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction (csi) goals.
• Contribute to building a positive, high-performance culture from opening day

Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership and communication experience within automotive sales
• Strong understanding of the retail sales process
• Commercially minded with a performance-driven approach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
• Motor Vehicle Yard Managers Licence is essential.
