About the Role
Black Toyota Chinchilla are seeking a professional and guest‑focused Service Advisor to join our service team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you'll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check‑in through to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests with service bookings and enquiries
- Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests
- Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
- Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process
- Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Current driver’s licence
