About the role

We’re seeking a warm, professional, and customer‑focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Black Toyota Chinchilla. This front‑of‑house role supports multiple departments and ensures every customer receives friendly and efficient service from the moment they arrive or call the dealership.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and direct them to the appropriate team
• Manage incoming calls and general enquiries
• Assist with appointment bookings and administrative duties
• Maintain a tidy, professional reception area
• Support the sales and service teams with daily administration

About you:

• Friendly, confident communication style
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once
• A team‑oriented attitude with professionalism and positivity

Previous reception or customer service experience is highly regarded, but applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are strongly encouraged to apply.
