Sales Trainee

About the Role

This is your chance to start a career in car sales and learn from an experienced team. We have a rare opportunity for someone with strong people skills to join us as our next Sales Trainee.

You don’t need automotive experience. Retail, hospitality, and customer service backgrounds are all welcomed, but what matters most is enthusiasm, a natural ability to connect with people, and a genuine interest in helping our guests.

If you present yourself professionally (in both attitude and appearance), hold a valid driver’s licence, and bring a willingness to learn, you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

You’ll be supported from day one. We’ll teach you the value of each step in the sales process as you help coordinate everything that happens from enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You’ll work closely with your team and other departments, contributing to a positive culture and a smooth experience for our guests.

Skills and Experience

• Customer service skills gained from retail, hospitality, call centre, or similar roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Confidence working with people from all walks of life
• Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
