Join Our Team – Car Care Consultant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Australia’s largest automotive group is passionate about helping customers protect and enhance their vehicles. We provide high quality car care treatments, window films, and a wide range of vehicle electronics for both new and used cars.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to make a real difference in the customer experience. In this role, you’ll introduce customers to our Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products and work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth process.

What you’ll do:

• Share expert advice and promote our range of aftercare products to new and existing customers.
• Handle inquiries and achieve sales goals for aftermarket products.
• Keep accurate records and provide great post sale support.
• Work with all dealership departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way.

About you:

• Experience in car care or similar roles is great, but not essential, we’ll train you!
• You love helping customers and have strong communication skills.
• Organised, reliable, and motivated to achieve results.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• A current Australian driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Able to work every second Saturday and Sunday.
