Car Care Consultant

Australia's Largest Automotive company specialises in providing solutions to everyday vehicle concerns. We offer top-tier vehicle care treatments, window films, and an extensive range of vehicle electronics suitable for both new and used car buyers. 
In this full-time position or part time position, you'll be responsible for selling Aftermarket Vehicle Protection Products, managing both new and used car sales. With a focus on enhancing the customer experience, you'll collaborate with the sales and finance teams, ensuring dealership profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets and KPIs.

Your tasks will include:
·       Promoting a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers.
·       Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products.
·       Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support.
·       Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations.
·       Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.

We're seeking an individual who embodies the following traits:
·       Previous experience as a Car Care Consultant, preferred, but not necessary.
·       Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first attitude.
·       Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
·       A keen eye for detail and a strong drive to exceed targets.
·       A professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
·       A current Australian driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
·       Availability to work every second Saturday and Sunday .
