Due to continued growth across our BYD Springwood and BYD Capalaba dealerships, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our expanding aftersales team.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service department, ensuring every customer receives professional, friendly and efficient service throughout their vehicle ownership journey.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting service customers

• Booking and scheduling service appointments

• Preparing repair orders and customer documentation

• Communicating service requirements and recommendations

• Liaising with technicians and workshop staff

• Providing regular updates to customers regarding vehicle progress

• Processing invoices and vehicle handovers

• Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service-focused role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Professional presentation and a positive attitude

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer literacy

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

• A current driver's licence

Automotive industry experience is highly regarded, however we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, retail or related industries.
