Car Care Consultant

About the Role

As a Car Care Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to present and sell a range of vehicle protection products and aftercare solutions. Your ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and explain product benefits will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities include:

• Presenting vehicle protection and aftercare products to customers

• Building strong customer relationships and delivering outstanding service

• Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records

• Working closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

With uncapped commissions on offer, this role provides significant earning potential for driven and customer-focused professionals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in automotive, retail, hospitality, finance or customer-facing sales

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence presenting products and closing sales

• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A current driver's licence

Previous experience in aftermarket, F&I, warranty, vehicle protection products or automotive sales will be highly regarded but is not essential.
