Warranty Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-focused and organised Warranty Administrator to join our team in a full-time position. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements.

This position suits someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with systems and processes, and is confident liaising with both internal teams and manufacturer representatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
• Reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation for compliance
• Liaising with technicians and service advisors to obtain required information
• Submitting and reconciling warranty payments and credits
• Monitoring outstanding claims and following up where required
• Maintaining accurate warranty records and audit readiness
• Assisting with manufacturer warranty audits and reporting

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership administration or warranty role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data
• Sound understanding of dealership or service operations
• Confident computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
