About the Role 

In anticipation of the grand opening of BYD Mandurah, we are seeking multiple enthusiastic and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry and driven to succeed in a high-performing sales environment. 

To be successful in these exciting roles, you will need to:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences 
• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicle options 
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery 
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers 
• Work closely with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and KPIs 
•  Be willing to begin your initial training at our BYD Cannington location, for a period of 8-12 weeks

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive or retail sectors is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach 
• Current driver’s licence 
• Valid Australian Working Rights
