About the Role 
Eagers Automotive is seeking a qualified and reliable Technician to join our service team.  We are looking for someone seeking a new change, a technician or mechanic that would like to be part of either MItsubishi, Volkswagen or the new up and coming brand Denza. Experience in these brands is preferred but not essential. In this role, you’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and delivers exceptional results for our guests. 

Team members will get full training, including AC ticket, HV voltage training through Tafe and brand recognised courses.

• Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics 
• Carry out inspections and complete roadworthy or warranty work 
• Accurately document all work and follow workshop procedures 
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently 
• Work collaboratively with the service and parts departments 

 
 
Skills & Experience 

• Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent) 
• Dealership or manufacturer training highly regarded 
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills 
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards 
• Current driver’s licence 
• Australian working rights
