About the role:
Eagers Automotive is currently looking for a Service Manager to lead and develop our Service Department at BYD Cannington.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this rare Service Management opportunity will see you take responsibility for leading, motivating and developing a large team, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
Duties will include:
- Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience
- Ensuring efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department
- Building and maintaining relationships with all key stakeholders of the business
- Ensuring a safe work environment for the team by maintaining best practices
- Working closely with both Sales and Parts departments regarding servicing, repair and pre-delivery work
- Developing efficient processes and standards in both workshop operations and customer service
About you:
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven to succeed. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are confident in your leaderships and communication skills – we would love to hear from you!
You will ideally possess:
- Experience managing an Automotive Service Department (desirable but not essential)
- Extensive experience working in a Service Department in a team leadership role
- Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to succeed
- Capacity to manage, develop and drive productive teamwork
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
