About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high‑performing team at Southside Mitsubishi. You’ll be the key link between our guests and the workshop, ensuring every service experience is seamless, professional, and memorable.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and has the potential to become a future leader. Ideally, you will be a senior service advisor or someone ready to train into a 2IC role, supporting and contributing to the ongoing success of the department.

Your day will include:

• Greeting and supporting guests throughout the service process
• Managing bookings, repair orders, and workshop flow
• Communicating clearly with technicians and guests
• Providing updates, recommendations, and follow‑up care
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience every time

Skills & Experience

• Previous dealership experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a 2IC role
• Valid Australian working rights
• Current driver’s license
