Eagers Automotive is currently seeking Service Advisors with exceptional customer service and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic BYD Cannington team. Unlike other Service Advisor positions, the focus of our team is around customer service, rather than sales.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible customer experience while simultaneously maintaining the efficient and profitable operation of the service department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.

Duties will include the following:

·         Assisting Service Manager with day-to-day operations
·         Maintaining positive customer and employee relations  
·         Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle service
·         Quoting additional service work
·         Ensuring all customer requirements are met
·         Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
·         Deliver high quality customer service

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focussed with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly regarded for the role.

You will ideally possess:

·         Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is advantageous
·         Desire to deliver exceptional customer service

·         Superb interpersonal skills
·         High attention to detail
·         Excellent communication and organisational skills
·         Valid Australian working rights
·         Valid Australian drivers licence
