Service Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing service bookings, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth handover of vehicles.

Working closely with technicians and the broader dealership team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional service experience and maintaining long-term guest relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment

• Confidence in explaining technical information in a clear and approachable way

• Current Australian driver’s licence
