About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Total Nissan. This role is the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring every guest receives the highest level of service.

 

Day to day, you will:

  • Greet and support guests through the service process
  • Prepare job estimates and explain service requirements clearly
  • Coordinate workshop scheduling and liaise with technicians
  • Provide timely updates and follow-up communication with customers
  • Deliver exceptional aftersales service to encourage repeat business

 

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is highly regarded
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic technical knowledge of vehicles is advantageous
