About the Role
We're on the hunt for a switched-on Service Advisor who can deliver a great experience to every guest who walks through the door. You’ll be the key contact for our service customers, helping to manage bookings, explain repairs and costs, and keep everything running smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.
This is a full-time role based in Cannington, offering commissions and long-term career growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
- Liaising with technicians to monitor repair progress
- Explaining work performed and associated costs to guests
- Arranging courtesy vehicles
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Delivering exceptional guest service at every touchpoint
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-first approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with systems and digital tools
