Senior Service Advisor

About the Role

We’re currently looking for an Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Southside Mitsubishi. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to keep the department running smoothly – from supporting workshop flow to guiding the team and ensuring every customer receives professional, timely service.

This role would suit a senior advisor or team leader ready to step up, or an experienced assistant manager seeking a new environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager with daily operations and team coordination

• Oversee service bookings, job allocation, and workshop scheduling

• Deliver great customer service and manage escalated enquiries

• Ensure compliance with safety, manufacturer, and company standards

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the service team

• Drive performance through process improvements and KPIs

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a dealership service department

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• A customer-first mindset with clear communication

• Sound technical knowledge (Mitsubishi experience a bonus)

• ERA or similar DMS experience preferred

• Current driver's licence
