About the role:

Eagers Automotive are seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic team at easyauto123 Cannington!

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance products to customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Working with a dedicated team of Used Vehicle Sales Consultants, you will have the ability to work closely with colleagues to ensure the sales process is followed correctly. You will naturally have a passion for sales and understand the importance of compliance in this critical role.

Duties will include:

• Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
• Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business 
• Working closely with the Sales team to ensure best practice sale processes
• Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
• Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
• Delivering value for customers
• Ensure the administrative operations are completed accurately and with a high degree of compliance

About you:

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, driven and confident in their communication and negotiation skills. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service – we would like to hear from you!

Ideally you will possess:

• Experienced with providing finance and/ or lending services
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and be driven by results
