Due to continued growth, we are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our busy aftersales team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a professional, friendly, and seamless experience from booking to vehicle collection.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and discussing their servicing requirements
• Scheduling service bookings and managing workshop capacity
• Preparing service estimates and explaining repair recommendations
• Liaising with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
• Processing invoices and handling service-related enquiries
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem solving, and working within a collaborative dealership environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and customer-first approach
• Sound computer skills and attention to detail
• A current Australian driver's licence

Experience with dealership systems and aftersales operations will be highly regarded but is not essential.
