About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, delivering a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to handover.
You will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive professional advice, clear communication, and exceptional service throughout their ownership journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
• Prepare repair orders and explain recommended work clearly.
• Liaise with technicians and parts teams to provide accurate progress updates.
• Obtain customer authorisation and maintain timely communication.
• Coordinate vehicle handover and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records and support daily workshop flow.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous Service Advisor experience, or strong customer service experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
