Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Ipswich Nissan is seeking a highly experienced, detail-focused Warranty Administrator to join our Service department.

This is a critical role responsible for managing all manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and processed within strict timeframes. You will work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Nissan, playing a key role in maintaining warranty integrity and supporting overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims in line with Nissan manufacturer requirements
• Ensure all claims and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant
• Liaise with Technicians, Service Advisors, and Nissan regarding warranty matters
• Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and resubmissions
• Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting
• Support internal and manufacturer warranty audits
• Identify opportunities to improve warranty processes and efficiency

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Warranty Administrator in a dealership environment desired
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and service operations
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident communication skills with a professional approach
• Experience with dealership systems (e.g. Pentana/ERA preferred) and Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
