We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic capabilities to join our high-performing workshop team.

About the Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a key role in identifying, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle concerns while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault-finding
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
• Completing warranty and repair documentation accurately
• Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and technical resources
• Supporting workshop efficiency and productivity
• Maintaining a safe and clean workshop environment
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and fellow Technicians

This role offers an attractive commission structure for Diagnostic Technicians, rewarding your expertise and performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualified Automotive Technician certification
• Previous diagnostic and fault-finding experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using diagnostic scan tools and manufacturer systems
• Current Manual Driver Licence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer service
• Kia experience is highly regarded but not essential
