Technician

About the Role

You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer standards. Working in a well-equipped workshop, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive safe, reliable vehicles and an exceptional aftersales experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing servicing and repairs to Nissan, Volkswagen and other makes
• Conducting diagnostics and fault finding
• Completing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer requirements
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
• Supporting workshop efficiency and productivity targets
• Working collaboratively with Service Advisors and the wider team

Skills and Experience

• Trade qualified Automotive Technician
• Experience in servicing and diagnostics
• Experience with European vehicles highly desirable for the Volkswagen-focused role
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Current manual driver licence
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
• Nissan or Volkswagen experience advantageous but not essential
