Service Foreman

As our workshop continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Service Foreman to lead our technicians, support workshop productivity, and ensure quality workmanship across all repairs and servicing.

About the Role

As Service Foreman, you will play a hands-on leadership role within the workshop, overseeing daily operations and supporting a team of technicians to achieve outstanding results.
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting workshop technicians
• Allocating and monitoring repair and service work
• Ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards
• Assisting with complex diagnostics and technical support
• Maintaining workshop productivity and quality control
• Supporting the Service Manager in achieving operational targets
• Promoting a positive safety-first culture across the workshop

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Foreman, Senior Technician or Workshop Controller
• Strong diagnostic and technical skills
• Relevant automotive trade qualifications
• Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• A current and valid driver's licence
• Mazda experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
