About the Role

In this role, you will be an essential part of our dealership operations, supporting the Sales team while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales team
• Assist with stock control
• Support vehicle deliveries and prepare sales documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service, including handling enquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and systems
• Help ensure the sales department runs efficiently day-to-day

About You

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
• Previous admin or dealership experience (desirable but not essential)
