Administration Officer

About the Role

Ipswich Nissan are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Administration Officer to support the daily operations of the dealership. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance across multiple departments, ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently while delivering a professional experience for customers and internal teams.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and working in a fast‑paced team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide general administrative support across the dealership
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and administrative paperwork as required
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
• Support internal teams with day‑to‑day administration tasks
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes and procedures

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in an administration or office support role highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good organisational and time‑management skills
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Automotive or dealership experience desirable but not essential
