Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join the team at Easy Auto 123 Brooklyn. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider dealership team, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, promoting our extensive range of quality pre-owned vehicles, and contributing to the continued success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting customers through the used vehicle purchasing journey from enquiry to delivery
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Managing customer enquiries and sales leads through the dealership CRM system
• Preparing sales documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership processes
• Collaborating with finance, aftermarket, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of stock availability and vehicle features
• Contributing to the presentation and appearance of the dealership and vehicle displays

About You

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales environment (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A motivated, results-driven approach with a passion for sales
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Current driver's licence required
