What you will be doing:

• Engage with customers in person, over the phone, and across digital channels
• Manage a high volume of qualified customer enquiries
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
• Present vehicles and explain the easyauto123 buying experience
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Work closely with Business Managers and internal departments to maximise opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within dealership systems
• Deliver a transparent, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience

What you need:

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A driven, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A team-first approach with a willingness to learn
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
