About the Role

Brooklyn BYD is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service department. This is a great opportunity for a confident leader ready to take the next step in their career. We especially encourage Assistant Service Managers looking to move into their first management role to apply.

In this key leadership position, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver outstanding guest satisfaction across the service function.

• Oversee workshop operations and ensure efficient workflow management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians, advisors, and support staff

• Monitor service KPIs and implement strategies to achieve performance targets

• Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle throughput and delivery

Skills & Experience

• Experience as an Assistant Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor role within a dealership

• Strong understanding of workshop operations and service metrics

• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

• Current driver’s licence
