About the Role
As a key member of our aftersales team, you’ll be the connection between our guests and our workshop. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will ensure every BYD guest receives an exceptional ownership experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with service bookings and enquiries
  • Preparing repair orders and clearly communicating required work to guests
  • Liaising with technicians to provide accurate, timely updates on vehicle status
  • Maintaining transparent communication with guests throughout the service process
  • Recommending additional services to enhance vehicle performance and longevity
  • Ensuring all work is authorised and delivered on time

You will bring:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or an Assistant Service Manager
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational ability with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
  • A high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • A current driver’s licence
