About the Role 
easyauto123 Brooklyn are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our vehicle sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience throughout the buying journey. 
 

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs 
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement 
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members 
• Oversee the full sales process and ensure compliance with company standards 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and vehicle delivery 

 
Skills & Experience 

• Proven experience in a leadership role within automotive sales 
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the retail sales process 
• Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 
• Current and valid driver’s licence 
• Full Australian working rights
