Vehicle Buyer

We’re looking for our next Motor Vehicle Valuation Cadet to join us at our brand-new facility in Hendra — and you’ll be starting at the perfect time as we expand into what may become one of the largest vehicle warehouse operations in Australia.

You’ll also be joining Eagers Automotive — Australia’s largest automotive retail group, with dealerships across three countries, national career pathways, and over 100 years of history. In other words… real opportunity.

🚀 What you’ll actually be doing (the cool part):

As a valuation cadet, you’ll work with our network of dealers across Queensland — all from the office.

No yard work.
No chasing customers.
No standing in the heat.
Zero customer interaction.

Instead, you’ll be trained to:
• Use our internal systems and software to review vehicle pricing
• Analyse market data, trends, and demand to determine values
• Assess vehicles remotely using photos, information, and dealer input
• Learn how buying decisions are made across multiple dealerships
• Develop real data analytics skills applied to the automotive market
• Build confidence making pricing recommendations that impact real deals

Think of it as cars + technology + decision making — in a fun, fast-paced team environment where no two days are the same.

🕒 The work setup:
• Full-time, office-based role at our NEW Hendra facility
• Rostered weekday off (mid-week freedom is elite)
• Saturdays are essential — busiest and most exciting day
• Sundays closed — guaranteed recharge day
• No travel required — everything happens in one location

• Driver’s licence 🚘
• Interest in cars (you don’t need expert knowledge yet)
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and motivation

Dealership experience is great… but not required.
We hire attitude first. Skills come next.
