About the Role
Join a fast-growing global EV brand and play a key role in managing vehicle inventory across the Queensland network. As a Stock Controller, you will ensure accurate stock management, support national operations and contribute to efficient delivery timelines.
This is an ideal entry-level or early-career role for someone detail-oriented who wants to build strong operational and analytical skills in automotive.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle stock across systems
· Track vehicle movements between dealerships, storage sites, and customers
· Coordinate incoming stock, allocations, and delivery schedules
· Perform regular stock reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy
· Update dealership systems (DMS/CRM) with real-time stock data
· Liaise with sales, logistics, finance, and manufacturer partners
· Support vehicle registration, compliance, and documentation processes
· Monitor stock ageing and generate reports for business performance
· Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
· Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with internal processes.
About You
· High attention to detail with strong data accuracy skills
· Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Confident working with systems and Excel/data tools
· A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
· Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
· Previous experience in administration, logistics, or automotive stock control is advantageous but not always essential.
