Based out the new location of Springwood we are looking for a Sales Manager. As a strong advocate for the brand, as the Sales Manager, you will report to the Brand Manager and will oversee a team of sales consultants. We are looking for a team player with extensive Car Sales experience, who will not only coach and develop their sales teams to achieving and exceeding sales targets; but will also be hands-on in contributing towards sales targets.

 

The successful applicant will need prior leadership experience, preferably in the automotive industry, be able to demonstrate a professional approach and the ability to interact positively with our sales consultants and customers.

  • Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries 

  • This role requires you to sell new vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face 

  • Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step

  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – F&I, Car Care

  • Managing vehicle deliveries

  • Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothings a problem" attitude

  • Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new BYD

 

The successful applicant will possess:

·       Extensive Sales Experience within the automotive industry

·       The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a sales team to deliver sales outcomes

·       Enthusiasm about being a hands-on team player and deliver your own sales

·       Superior negotiation and dispute resolution skills

·       Experienced in the Professional display of vehicles

·       Ability to meet and exceed budgets, targets and KPI's internally

·       Excellent communication skills

·       ERA knowledge

·       Confident, mature and immaculately presented

·       The ability to identify and quantify team and customer requirements

·       Customer first attitude

·       Current Sales Agents License

·       Current open Manual Drivers License
