We’re on the hunt for a Motor Vehicle Valuation Cadet to join our team at Brisbane Airport. This is a full-time, office-based trainee role (no travelling around!) where you’ll learn how to value cars from all major franchises across Queensland. From zippy hatchbacks to tradie utes to luxury SUVs, you’ll see it all.

What you’ll be doing:

• Learning how to accurately value vehicles using data, technology, and market insights
• Reviewing cars from every major franchise across QLD — one day it’s a Hilux, the next it’s an Audi Q7
• Using industry-leading systems to analyse wholesale, retail, and market trends
• Building the knowledge and confidence to make valuation decisions that directly impact buying deals
• Developing a specialist skillset that will set you apart in the industry

Work conditions:

• Full-time role based in-office at Brisbane Airport
• Rostered weekday off (so you always get a midweek breather)
• Saturdays are a must – our busiest day of the week
• Sundays closed – enjoy a guaranteed weekend day off
• No travelling involved – all the action happens in the office

What we’re looking for:

• A current driver’s licence 🚘
• A genuine passion for cars (you don’t need to know it all — that’s what the training is for)
• Previous dealership experience (new/used car sales, service advisor, mechanic) highly regarded but not essential
• Strong computer skills and an interest in learning new systems
• Most importantly: a can-do attitude and the drive to build a long-term career
