Registration Clerk – BYD Delivery Centre

The BYD delivery centre has a unique opportunity for a full-time registration clerk to join our prestige facility located at Eagle Farm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get on board with the most exciting automotive brand in Australia!

Working amongst a small team of professionals the successful applicant must demonstrate a high level of customer relationship skills whilst being able to coordinate a busy workload.

The BYD delivery centre is responsible for the most exciting part of the journey, the new vehicle collection day! As part of our delivery team, you'll be responsible for organising the registrations for the deliveries, new demonstrators, and other vehicles.

We'd also love for you to be a part of some of these handovers and make our guest experiences even more memorable.

Key responsibilities 

• Registration for sales, demos, and other vehicles
• Assist the sales team by confirming required documents are submitted correctly and promptly
• Provide feedback to the delivery manager to confirm status on registration completions.
• Occasional assistance of customers collecting new vehicles by completing delivery paperwork with them
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills by completing office management tasks, operating reception and conducting customer relations activities daily
• Understand and represent the BYD brand in an appropriate professional manner
