We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Pre Delivery Co-Ordinator to support communication between two departments and act as the liaison between BYD and the Pre Delivery teams. You will also be involved in vehicle delivery and handover processes across our Queensland network.
This role will see the candidate aim to be a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in dynamic environments and brings a fresh “outside-the-box” approach to problem solving. The candidate will be known for their ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
This role is based at our delivery centre in Pinkenba and reports into the Operations Manager with you being primarily responsible for coordinating vehicle readiness while delivering a high‑quality, informative, and engaging handover experience for customers. Working closely with Sales, Pre‑Delivery, and Dealership teams, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered on time, and customers leave confident and satisfied with their new vehicle.
This position operates on a Monday to Friday roster with the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm supporting peak delivery days and customer availability.
Your responsibilities will include:

Liaise and communicate directly with the Pre Delivery Department and logistics teams, and dealerships to track vehicle status

Coordinate and schedule vehicle deliveries across BYD dealerships

Ensure vehicles are prepared, quality‑checked, and ready for handover

Deliver professional and engaging vehicle handovers to customers

Educate customers on vehicle features, functionality, and EV technology

Maintain accurate delivery records, documentation, and schedules
-
Identify and address any issues impacting delivery timelines or customer readiness

Support a consistent, premium customer experience across all handovers
