$75,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll become a key problem‑solver for time & attendance, workforce management and general HR enquiries, while building valuable skills across systems, customer support, and (if you’re interested) recruitment.

About the role

As our HR Systems Specialist, you’ll provide frontline support across time & attendance, HR and payroll processes - with experience in UKG Pro (Kronos Dimensions) or similar platforms being highly beneficial.

You’ll balance fast, friendly ticket resolution with deeper troubleshooting, data accuracy and process improvement work.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a varied workload, and likes learning new systems.

What you’ll do

• Support employees and leaders with time & attendance, HR, payroll and systems enquiries
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining accuracy in UKG Pro/Kronos Dimensions or similar
• Help grow the time & attendance tier 1 support offering for People Connecy
• Deliver warm, empathetic customer support with every interaction

About you

• You work in UKG Pro administration or support and looking to move into a generalist role, or even looking to try recruitment
• You’re curious and genuinely enjoy helping people; you stay calm under pressure and love solving problems
• Exposure to HR, payroll or shared services is helpful - but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most
• You’re available to work 7am-3pm on Mondays in the office, and again 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm on one other day each week (the rest 9am-5pm)
