$75,000-$90,000 + super, depending on experience

In People Connect, you’ll be the go‑to customer service for HR, payroll and recruitment processes across the business, all while growing your systems and talent acquisition skills.

About the role
You’ll support HR, payroll and recruitment via SAP SuccessFactors, balancing quick ticket resolutions with deeper troubleshooting and process improvement work.

It’s varied, people‑focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys learning on the fly. You'll take on a recruitment support portfolio and support your hiring managers through this new system.

With a growing business and a future Talent Acquisition function on the horizon, there’s plenty of room to expand your skills and shape what comes next.

What you’ll do

• Support employees and leaders across HR, payroll and systems
• Manage recruitment admin and onboarding workflows in SuccessFactors
• Troubleshoot issues, improve processes and keep data accurate
• Help deliver an exceptional service experience with empathy and care

About you

• You’re kind, curious, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• You stay calm under pressure, love solving problems, and bring a positive, patient approach to every interaction
• HR or recruitment exposure helps — but attitude and willingness to learn matter most
• You're available to work 7am-3pm and/or 11am-7pm twice per week - the rest being 9am-5pm
