About People Connect

You’ll join People Connect, our shared services team providing tier 1 support across the Eagers Automotive network.

We’re the first point of contact for all things people, payroll, and systems, helping managers and team members find answers, fix issues, and stay compliant. It’s meaningful work with plenty of variety — and a supportive team to back you every step of the way.

About you

You’re proactive, approachable, and love helping others. You might come from HR, recruitment, or automotive background — what matters most is your drive to learn and deliver great service.

• Adaptable, patient, and empathetic — thrives in an evolving environment and supports people with care

• Proactive problem-solver — maintains a positive approach while finding pragmatic solutions

• Understands HR frameworks — can navigate awards, policies, compliance, and their real-world impact

What You’ll Do

No two days look the same. You’ll:

• Respond to employee and manager enquiries across HR, payroll, and systems

• Support recruitment and onboarding in SAP SuccessFactors

  • No screening candidates or booking interviews! Focus on strategic sourcing and end-stage recruitment

• Assist with compliance checks, data accuracy, and award interpretation

• Troubleshoot system and process limitations and actively contribute to the solution

• Identify opportunities to make processes smarter in a business hungry for innovation
