About the role

We’re centralising the process for lodging Australian Apprenticeship wage claims across the country, and we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience using the ADMS system to join our Shared Services team.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate wage claims, working with confidential payroll data, and making sure our internal teams are supported with a fast and efficient service.

This is a casual role or fixed term part time with up to 20 hours per week, and the option to work from home. There’s potential for the role to grow over time or for you to take on additional responsibilities if you’re interested.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and submit wage claims through ADMS

• Manage confidential information with care and accuracy

• Work with internal teams to gather supporting documentation

• Help streamline and improve how we support our people across Australia

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience lodging wage claims using the ADMS system (essential)

• Strong system administration skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable handling confidential data, especially wage-related information

• A helpful, customer-focused approach to support the business

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage your own time
