🔍 About the Role

The General Manager is responsible for the operations of the dealership. Being responsible for sales and service performance, customer experience, marketing strategy, staffing and recruitment, and ensuring that our large team are over achieving KPIs and that our people are also growing every day to be better and better.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage our sales, service, and marketing teams

• Ensure day to day operations of the business are meeting all required goals

• Expense management

• Profitability growth and opportunity

• Performance analysis and implementing process to increase performance

• Manage our marketing strategy with our marketing team

• Inventory management

• Ensure that the site, staff, and marketing meets all CI requirements

• Present the dealership and team to dignitaries and important guests

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of senior management experience

• Strong strategic thinking & analytical ability

• Excellent communication

• Passion for guest experience

• High performance growth mindset

• Experience reviewing business expenses and business management

• Exceptional leadership ability

• Exception management ability

• Extensive automotive management experience

• Diverse range of management experience

• Can demonstrate an ability to pioneer

• Experience running a dealership with 200-250+ monthly average deliveries
