Based out the new location of Springwood we are looking for Sales Consultant. As a strong advocate for the brand, you will be known for delivering the ultimate customer experience & achieving KPIs with a primary focus on customer satisfaction. As our newest Sales Consultant, you are truly passionate and committed to your role, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude - you are an inspiration & role model to your colleagues.
Working alongside fellow professionals and being mentored by experienced management, the sky is the limit with this role.

Delivering the feature and benefits to customers - taking them through their new car deliveries

This role requires you to sell new vehicles via email, over the phone and face to face

Ensuring the Sales Process is followed from Lead Management through to completed deal packs, understanding the process and the value of each step

Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments – F&I, Car Care

Managing vehicle deliveries

Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs with a “nothings a problem" attitude

Ensuring customers have a memorable guest experience as they take possession of their brand new BYD
The successful applicant will possess:

Ability to consistently provide an exceptional Guest Experience that exceeds our Guests expectations

Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple Guest enquiry at a time

Strong time management & organizational skills

Ability to support and work with other team members and departments

Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner

High level of professionalism and personal presentation

Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures

Strong negotiation skills

Exceptional communication skills

Track record of achieving and exceeding set monthly KPI's and targets

High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office

A Queensland Motor Vehicle Sales License is required
-
A full and current manual driver’s license is also required
-
A minimum of 2 years sales experience with Motor Industry or Dealership experience highly regarded but not essential for this role, as full training will be provided.
