Apprentice - Underbody Technician

About the roles:

Automotive Underbody Apprentice:

• Learn to install and fit a variety of accessories on new vehicles, including but not limited to: canopies, tow bars, roof racks, and electronic device
• Complete vehicle scans and checks on new and used vehicles
• Participate in routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles, such as oil changes, brake inspections, tyre replacement and repairs on used vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
• Assist experienced technicians in performing inspections and repairs on used vehicles
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Opportunity to progress into Auto Electrical as part of your future career development

What you’ll need:

• Passion for cars and the automotive industry
• A positive, can do attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• For these apprentice roles, a valid manual driver’s licence is preferred, or willing to obtain one.
• Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment is a plus.
