About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Automotive Admin Assistant to join our buying team based at our Eagle Farm Pre-Delivery Centre.

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in the automotive industry. This isn’t your typical sit-at-a-desk admin role — you’ll be hands-on, learning how a fast-paced pre-delivery and buying operation truly works.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Pre-Delivery & Admin Manager with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with internal invoicing processes, including supporting the BYD brand
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using Excel and internal systems
• Provide administrative support across the pre-delivery and buying functions
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow within a busy, team-oriented environment

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
• Is quick on a computer and confident using multiple systems
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Enjoys being busy, hands-on, and part of a tight-knit team
• Holds a current driver’s licence (P-plates acceptable)
• Brings a positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills

Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude and eagerness to learn are key.
