Administration Officer

About the Role

Eagers Automotive Pre‑Delivery Centre are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Administration Officer to support the day‑to‑day operations of our pre‑delivery facility in Eagle Farm.

This role plays a key part in ensuring administrative processes, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately to support vehicle preparation and logistics operations.

Working closely with pre‑delivery, yard, and logistics teams, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, accuracy, and working in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide general administrative support to the pre‑delivery operations team
• Process and maintain vehicle documentation and internal records
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and system updates
• Support scheduling, coordination, and workflow tracking
• Maintain accurate files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Liaise with internal teams to support operational requirements
• Ensure administrative processes align with company procedures

Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in an administration or office support role highly regarded
• Prior experience with ERA highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Well‑organised with strong time‑management skills
• Confident communication skills and a professional approach
• Competent using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment
• Automotive or operations experience desirable but not essential
