Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Norris Motor Group Brendale are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join and support our growing service team, covering Kia, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, LDV, and MG.

This role has been created as part of a service department restructure focused on stronger communication, clearer processes, and improved outcomes for both staff and customers.

Working closely with the existing Warranty Administrator and Service leadership team, you will play a key role in managing warranty workflow, reducing aged claims, and helping build a more efficient, high‑performing warranty function. We are open to feedback and new ideas, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to contribute and help shape the future of the warranty department.

Automotive warranty experience is essential – applications without relevant experience will not be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage end‑to‑end warranty processing across Kia, Hyundai, Isuzu Ute, LDV, and MG
• Work closely with the existing Warranty Administrator to manage volume and workflow
• Ensure all claims are accurate and submitted within manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor and reduce warranty WIP and aged claims
• Review, correct, and resubmit rejected warranty claims
• Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians, and manufacturers regarding warranty matters
• Contribute to improving warranty systems, processes, and inter‑department communication
• Support service department efficiency and compliance outcomes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Warranty Administrator or in a relevant automotive administration role (essential)
• Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills across all levels
• Team‑focused mindset with a willingness to contribute ideas and improvements
• Confident using dealership systems and Microsoft Office

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
• Flexibility available (e.g. 4‑day week or 9‑day fortnight by agreement)
