The Role
As Sales Manager, reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, you will lead the Hyundai sales department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales performance and closing deals
- Leading by example and mentoring your team
- Managing manufacturer relationships and customer engagement
- Overseeing department operations including stock control, fleet sales, advertising, lead management, and staff training
- Achieving and exceeding NPS and other key performance indicators
